Generally speaking, health problems have an impact on the mental
and professional status of those directly concerned, including
families and close friends. Providing these people with an
accompaniment by professionals (doctors, welfare workers, legal
advisors…) can facilitate and/or accelerate the patient’s return to
a normal situation, or adaptation to a new life.
The service is structured around 5 levels of intervention
:
- Informing the person,
- Evaluating his needs,
- Analysing the situation,
- Proposing solutions and how to implement them,
- Accompanying the person until he regains complete control of his
situation.
