The notion of assistance came about as a means to improve the image of companies whose primary concern is to build loyalty among their customers via existing products; and by osmosis, to enhance product image.
Such is the case with home and automobile assistance solutions.

The MRH

Our service solutions offer help and assistance when the unexpected happens to a beneficiary who has a multi-risk housing insurance contract. However, our solutions also apply to damage situations not covered in the policy, our solutions take care of unforeseen daily events, which can occur at home.

Vehicule assistance

In 2003, Reunion Island counted an active automobile fleet of approximately 280.000 vehicles. Such a large fleet required, vehicle assistance providers to organise themselves in order to respond to the demand, but also to be able to confront a change in consumer attitude, from "simple need to firm requirement."

Breakdown repair - towing

Our services make sense...
Although it is not especially complicated to organise a breakdown repair or towing, we feel it is important to anticipate the context of the intervention from the perspective of the person in trouble on the side of the road, waiting for help with no precise vision of those who are organising the rescue.

		Claims management
		The following factors have convinced major decision makers in the insurance and banking-insurance fields to outsource their claims management platforms to Mondial Assistance Reunion: our experience in the insurance field; the services we offer for insured vehicles and for drivers and passengers over the past 10 years; our quality approach and our success in fleet management. This new company activity is the result of several years of effort, the visionary objectives for 2005, as presented to staff members in December 2001. The Claims Management platform will cover several sectors, including : "Automobile" claims management "House and property claims management" This claims management platform will cover all French overseas departments and territories from Reunion Island.
