	In October 2001, Mondial Assistance Reunion implemented a new service, through the skills and know-how of HERTZ LEASE, which has since become ALD AUTOMOTIV (a member of the TEMSYS Group). Our partner was convinced of the advantages of outsourcing its service to our structure, primarily for the following reasons : Our guarantee of transparency and confidentiality, Our affiliation with Mondial Assistance Group, Our desire to work for them and take on this new challenge, The quality of our teams, The cost containment measures applied to launching this service in a French overseas department.

		Automobile Fleet Management
		On behalf of and in perfect synergy with our Metropolitan client, we manage the automobile fleet of a public establishment through its numerous agents (agencies) on the island. It is our business ensures complete follow-up of the vehicles (automobiles and motorcycles) from the moment they arrive on the island to the time they are sold at auction. Our specialised teams guarantee and verify that maintenance files are respected; they also detect potential anomalies such as invoices which are not in compliance whith the estimates or an unusual consumption of petrol... We also make sure that vehicles are checked several times by our network garages, in order to verify that our clients procedures put in place by our clients are provides for.

In addition to improved cost containment, the advantage of outsourcing fleet management is that it enables making a real analysis of the company’s needs by an impartial and disinterested third party.
