Assistance coordinator

MAR-RH-002

Never lacking in personal resources when faced with an emergency, this individual is able to identify with the client and their problem, be it an accident, and illness, a death…Someone who can take the situation in hand, and guide the client towards the right solution, or act on behalf of the client directly, while, at the same time, fulfilling all the necessary administrative requirements (insurance claims, file...).

Duties : 

  • Client information request management
  • Telesales
  • Technical and medical assistance (Around the clock, Nights and weekend shifts)
    • Call response follow-up
    • Arranging client meetings
    • Call recording Administrative management of files (verification of information, invoices etc.)  
  • Manning the switchboard (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Back-up during the day may be required, depending on the activity of the call centre.
  • Shifts totalling 35 hours are worked 7days a week, 24 hours a day  

Qualifications required :

Baccalaureate or equivalent, plus two additional years of further education.
Personal competences necessary:

  • Being available for and comprehensive towards the client
  • Committed to management
  • Hard-working and involved in the work at hand
  • Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality concerning client files
  • Any mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
  • A abide by Mondial Assistance Reunion’s quality requirement
  • Fluent English

Customer service coordinator and operator

MAR-RH-001

We are currently looking for people who have a Baccalaureate plus two years of further education and who are interested in the world of communication.

At the heart of a customer service coordinator and operator team, you will be responsible for taking various types of client call and finding the necessary solutions. 

This post requires first and full most excellent communication and relationship skills, as well as a team spirit and a good sense of organisation. Always striving to provide the highest quality of the service, you are keen to be involved in company activities within the organisation.

Based on shifts, worked within 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both part-time and full-time positions are available.
